Nestled in a corner of Halifax Harbour,
Fisherman's Cove is a 200 year-old restored fishing village, home
to traditional seaside activities, such as lobster and tuna
fishing. But there are myriad present-day experiences. Our seaside
boardwalk, shops containing maritime arts and crafts, and fresh
fish as well as a cozy take-out eateries. Boondocks Dining Room
and Lounge (465-3474) serves up tasty meals, from fresh seafood
and lobster to steaks on patio overlooking the harbour islands and
local fishing boats. Route 111 to 322 south (Pleasant St.) to
Shore Road in Eastern Passage.
